Our guest is the Professor Cassio Scarpinella Bueno (Graduated in Law from PUC/SP, institution where he obtained the titles of Master, Doctor and Free Professor in Civil Procedural Law, all of them with full marks, and where he Civil Procedural Law Doctor-Professor in Graduate, Postgraduate, Master’s and Doctorate courses. Visited the Columbia University in New York City in 2000/2001 academic year. He is Vice-President at Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Processual and member of Instituto Iberoamericano de Direito Processual (IIDP) and Associação Internacional de Direito Processual), who is going to talk about third parties in the process.
